Program the time when you want your medium exchanged. inQmate then removes the medium and gets your cells ready for the next step.
You can add an optional washing step if needed before adding a fresh medium to your cells.
After removing used medium, inQmate will add a predetermined amount of fresh medium.
Choose a different medium reservoir for the supply step and treat your cells at odd times (e.g. midnight).
